If you share our values and interests, we welcome you to join our team! **What Are We Looking For?** * Proactive and energetic personality with a sense of urgency * Analytical profile and enthusiasm for following processes and procedures * Leadership ability to work, train, and supervise subordinates * Minimum 3 years of verifiable managerial and/or supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage industry, managing resources and customer service (guests, suppliers, etc.) * Results-oriented and objective-based work approach * Flexible availability to rotate shifts * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervision and coordination of subordinates regarding service, productivity, cleanliness, order, proper operations, service delivery, etc. * Leading daily team meetings and follow-up (goals, daily production, areas for continuous improvement, special events) * Monitoring and auditing of procedures and/or recipes * Inventory review, counting, and auditing, as well as supervision of proper functioning and storage * Supply management and requisitioning, maintaining cost percentage balance * Preparation of operational and administrative reports (incidents, results, purchases, sales, costs, service, etc.) * Conflict and problem resolution; effective communication * General support in service delivery and guest interaction * Cash handling, cash register control, and invoicing Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Pachuca, Hgo., and are you available to rotate shifts and work until 12:30 a.m.?
