We are looking for automotive sales advisors with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service. No prior sales experience required. We offer: \- Guaranteed salary during training and probation period \- Uncapped commissions \- Income per vehicle sold ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 \- Additional bonuses and commissions for insurance, warranties, and financial products \- Continuous training \- Excellent work environment \- Opportunity for growth within the sales team Schedule: \- Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \- Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \- Sundays: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Rotating shifts Requirements: \- Strong verbal communication skills \- Passion for sales and negotiation \- Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp \- Valid driver's license (Mandatory) Responsibilities: \- Customer service and follow-up \- Listing vehicles on social media and online platforms \- Prospecting and closing sales \- Tracking files and financing processes Work location: Pachuca Palmar, Pachuca Juan C. Doria Salary: $12,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
