This position is not just about replying to messages. We seek someone who **resolves problems, takes control of situations, and improves processes**. You will serve as the central point of contact with our customers on platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, and Shopify. Responsibilities * Customer service for: * Mercado Libre * Amazon * Online store (Shopify) * WhatsApp / email * Resolving inquiries regarding products, compatibility, and shipments * Handling claims, returns, and warranties * Tracking cases to resolution * Coordinating with warehouse and logistics * Identifying errors in listings or processes * Proposing operational improvements Required Profile — Mandatory * Experience in customer service * Excellent writing and spelling skills * Ability to independently resolve problems * Sense of urgency and timely follow-up Desirable * Experience with Mercado Libre or Amazon * Experience in e\-commerce * Basic automotive knowledge * Familiarity with systems (ERP, CRM, or similar) Key Skills * Clear and professional communication * Empathy toward customers * Organization and control * Decision-making ability * Handling difficult situations Important This position: * Is NOT a call center role * Is NOT merely replying to messages * DOES require judgment, responsibility, and solution-oriented focus Salary and Benefits * **Net monthly salary: $11,500** * **Of which $1,260 is paid via food vouchers** * Statutory benefits * Short-term growth opportunity (area leadership) * Direct work with management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
