




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Leader to manage, coordinate, and supervise payroll preparation, calculation, and disbursement, ensuring transparency, timeliness, and legality at Grupo PIM. Key Highlights: 1. Leads corporate payroll strategy and supervision. 2. Ensures compliance with tax and labor obligations. 3. Promotes a culture of compliance and efficiency in payroll management. We are looking for a professional for the PAYROLL LEADER role at our company Grupo PIM. This position is ideal for someone with experience in human resources management and a focus on payroll administration. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the accurate preparation, calculation, and disbursement of payroll for Groups G1 (Parques Inflalandia and Oink) and G2 (Factories, production, and stores), ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations. The mission is to guarantee transparency, timeliness, and legality in salary and benefits administration. Main Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the corporate payroll strategy Supervise payroll clerks and payroll assistants in G1 and G2 Validate salary, benefits, and deduction calculations according to current regulations Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations related to payroll Prepare consolidated payroll reports for the Finance Manager Identify inconsistencies in calculations and records, proposing corrective actions Coordinate with Tax and Legal departments to ensure regulatory compliance Promote continuous updates on labor and tax regulations Support internal and external audits related to payroll Foster a culture of compliance, transparency, and efficiency in payroll management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field 5–7 years of payroll management experience, with minimum 2 years in supervisory roles (MANDATORY) Experience managing headcount of 300 or more Knowledge of labor and tax legislation, salary and benefits administration, payroll auditing Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and payroll management software Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, organizational, professional ethics, and results-oriented skills.
