Objective: Lead and coordinate labor relations management across branches, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, proper administration of contracts and benefits, prevention and resolution of labor conflicts, and technical support to operations to minimize legal and operational risks. Key Responsibilities: Contract and Regulatory Management: Draft, review, and keep labor contracts, annexes, and internal policies up to date; ensure their correct application across branches. Benefits Administration. Conflict Handling and Resolution: Investigate and mediate individual or collective complaints, claims, and conflicts; propose and supervise corrective and preventive measures. Liaison with Authorities and Advisors: Represent the company before labor authorities and social security agencies. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and employer obligations. Internal Training and Advisory: Provide technical advisory to park managers and local HR managers regarding interpretation of regulations, handling of sanctions, and disciplinary procedures. Disciplinary Policies and Procedures: Design and implement disciplinary procedures, investigation protocols, and sanction matrices; ensure due process and documentary traceability. Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on litigation, sanctions, absenteeism due to labor-related causes, and emerging risks. Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with Personnel Administration to ensure payroll adjustments, terminations, and sanctions are accurately reflected; coordinate with Training for behavioral improvement plans. Continuous Improvement: Review and update labor policies, standardize processes, and propose automation to reduce response times and errors. · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field. Specialization in Labor Law or Industrial Relations is desirable. 5–7 years of experience in labor relations; minimum 2 years in supervision or multisite management; experience handling conflicts, inspections, and negotiations with authorities. Current labor and social security legislation. Contract and minutes drafting; legal risk analysis; case file and evidence management; use of HR management systems and advanced Excel. Negotiation skills, assertive communication, discretion, decision-making under pressure, leadership, and solution orientation. Position Conditions: Executive working hours with availability to handle emergencies and hearings outside regular hours. Workplace is at corporate offices, with periodic travel to branches.
