Join us as: **NETWORK MONITOR (NOC)** ### **What will you do in this role?** You will be a key contributor to ensuring our network operates stably and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Monitoring the network in real time using monitoring tools. * Providing Level 1 support\. * Responding to and diagnosing network alarms and incidents. * Creating and managing tickets, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. * Preparing shift reports and keeping documentation of active incidents up to date. * Checking battery status, equipment health, and link conditions, and making proactive calls to customers upon detecting any anomalies. * Managing **Ubiquiti, Cisco, MikroTik, TP-Link, and Mimosa** equipment.
