We have pioneered innovation for over 50 years. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability for morning shifts. **Desired Knowledge/Skills:** * Basic AutoCAD * Work instructions * Time and motion studies * Work cells * Standardized work * Labor-intensive manufacturing processes **Job Description:** Provide support for manufacturing process audits; develop labor metrics, rates, and cycle times; perform activities related to layout surveying and updating; manage spare parts inventory in the mold shop. Maintain plant-wide layout update system (AutoCAD); conduct dimensional surveys of required production lines.
