### **Job Objective:**
As a Delinquent Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant payment delays and managing plans that enable them to regularize their accounts.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Visit the residences of debtors who applied for a loan but failed to make payments, in order to offer them various alternatives.
* Visit assigned customers to manage accounts with them.
* Provide respectful and courteous service to our customers.
* Inform customers of all benefits associated with maintaining an up-to-date loan.
* Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective equipment.
**Requirements**
* Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales.
* Motorcycle operation skills.
* Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
* Proficiency in using mobile devices.
* Focused on achieving objectives and goals.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
