At **Pastes Kiko’s**, we want a strategic thinker who transforms insights into campaigns, campaigns into results, and results into real growth. ### **Your mission** Transform commercial strategy into **measurable actions**, optimizing digital advertising investment and ensuring each campaign reaches the right customer at the right time. ### **What you’ll do (seriously)** * Identify sales opportunities by analyzing performance per region and consumer behavior. * Create, launch, and optimize **high-impact campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads**. * Adjust campaigns in real time to improve CPA and ROI. * Research consumer trends (fast food / snacks) and competitors’ moves. * Build and update the **Buyer Persona by region**. * Design launch tactics for new promotions, pricing, and messaging. * Manage the digital budget with a 100% results-driven focus. * Deliver clear, actionable reports to Management. * Support activations, events, and brand experiences. ### **This role is for you if…** * ✔️ You think in **data before assumptions**. * ✔️ You enjoy testing, measuring, and optimizing (A/B testing). * ✔️ You know marketing is not an expense—it’s an investment. * ✔️ You get excited seeing how a campaign drives real sales. ### **What you need to bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. * \+3 years of experience in digital marketing (5\ preferred). * Proficiency in: * Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. * Power BI and data analysis. * SEO / SEM. * Market research. * Analytical, creative, organized, and results-oriented profile. ### **What we offer** * **Monthly gross salary** (paid weekly): $14000 \- $16000 * **Statutory benefits:** * IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Sunday bonus, year-end bonus. * **Enhanced benefits:** * ️ Subsidized cafeteria (on-site) * Grocery vouchers: **$968 monthly** * + ️ Punctuality and attendance bonus: **$200 monthly gross** * Ongoing training * Career development plan and real growth within the company ### **Location** Next to the State Penitentiary ✨ **If you love challenges, numbers, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this is the place for you.**
