Compliance with recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. **Job Description: Production Cook B** **Position Objective:** To efficiently and consistently prepare kitchen ingredients and base preparations (mise en place) in strict adherence to recipes, ensuring proper service operation and quality control for each preparation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of base productions (sauces, stocks, garnishes, pre-prepared items, etc.). * Preparation and organization of mise en place for different shifts (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). * Strict compliance with recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. * Support on the line during service when required. * Receiving, inspection, and proper storage of ingredients. * Product rotation using the PEPS system. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and sanitation in the work area. * Basic waste control and optimal utilization of ingredients. * Reporting shortages, incidents, or deviations to the immediate supervisor. * Assisting with periodic inventories and counts.
