Our expectations are higher. The Role This is an extremely results\-oriented position. The Operations Manager will take full responsibility for operational performance across all manufacturing processes. The mission is simple: **Drive productivity up.** **Drive cost down.** **Increase speed.** **Improve quality.** **Deliver measurable results — fast.** This role requires a charismatic, high\-energy leader with presence — not a shrinking violet. Someone who naturally commands respect, drives urgency, challenges inefficiency, and builds a culture where performance is non\-negotiable. Key Responsibilities * Lead and optimise all manufacturing operations across injection moulding, assembly, spray painting and cut \& sew. * Identify the 20% of issues that create 80% of the impact — and fix them immediately. * Analyse operational data rigorously: OEE, scrap, labour efficiency, downtime, throughput, quality metrics. * Convert data into decisive action — quickly. * Drive continuous productivity improvements and measurable cost reductions. * Eliminate waste and inefficiency through Lean, Six Sigma and practical problem\-solving. * Create a culture of urgency, accountability and ownership at every level. * Develop and push the leadership team to operate at a higher standard. * Challenge the status quo relentlessly. * Be present on the shop floor. Experience \& Background * Significant experience in automotive manufacturing operations. * Proven track record of delivering rapid productivity and cost improvements. * Strong experience in injection moulding and complex assembly environments. * Deep understanding of operational KPIs and performance management. * Demonstrated leadership of large production teams. * Lean / Six Sigma knowledge strongly preferred.
