Supervision of system development and maintenance **Position Objective** At CELMI, we are looking for a **Software Development Leader** with both technical and managerial experience, responsible for ensuring the proper operation, evolution, and integration of the company's key systems. This role is ideal for professionals who combine team leadership with technical execution and operational vision. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate a team of 3 developers * Manage requirements with internal departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.) * Supervise the development, maintenance, and integration of internal systems * Coordinate implementations, migrations, and technological improvements * Manage critical incidents and ensure operational continuity * Administer third-party integrations (APIs, external services, files) * Ensure adherence to software development best practices, version control, and documentation * Coordinate with technology vendors and track deliverables **Requirements:** * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, or related field * Experience leading development teams * Experience in web development and integration management * Experience working with business departments (not solely development) * Ability to manage multiple priorities and incidents **Technical Knowledge:** * Programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, or Python * Frameworks: Laravel, Node.js, or React * Databases: SQL * Integrations: REST APIs, FTP, service consumption * Tools: Git, Postman **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience ($14,000 to $17,000\) * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
