Leadership and problem solving **Pet Store Branch Manager** **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the operations of the company's various branches, ensuring proper store functionality, achievement of sales targets, customer service, and appropriate personnel administration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor operations across different branches. * Coordinate and manage staff. * Verify achievement of sales and customer service targets. * Supervise inventory, product display, and restocking. * Follow up on operational and administrative incidents. * Prepare reports and monitor results. * Implement strategies to improve sales and service. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Maintain effective communication with store managers and staff. **Requirements:** * Experience in branch supervision or management. * Experience in staff management. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Operational organization and follow-up capability. * Basic/intermediate computer and reporting skills. * Willingness to travel between branches. * Valid driver's license (preferred). **We Offer:** Monthly salary of **$14,000 net** Statutory benefits Gasoline allowance of **$1,000 per month** Job stability **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Including a 1-hour lunch break.
