




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor with expertise in customer service, prospecting, and quotation management, responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and advisory support on purchasing options. 2. Proactive prospecting of new customers. 3. Quotation management and product follow-up. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM **Base Salary + Commissions** **Requirements** Minimum 1–2 years of experience Flexible availability **Responsibilities** * Provide customer service and advisory support—via phone or any other digital channel—to help customers select the best purchasing options aligned with their needs. * Prospect new customers. * Prepare quotations for items requested by customers, ensuring strict adherence to sales policies and accurate data entry to finalize sales. * Organize and clean the area assigned by the immediate supervisor, including labeling and arranging received products on designated shelves. * Submit system requests for products requiring price and delivery time information, and continuously follow up until a response is received; include such product details in the customer’s quotation and perform persuasive efforts to close the sale. * Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Knowledge and Skills** * SAP (not mandatory) * Customer Service * Negotiation Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Numerical Aptitude Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,451.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
