In-person, full-time work environment A metalworking company specializing in screws, bearings, and mechanical transmissions is seeking: **ROLLING AND FORGING MACHINERY OPERATOR** **Location:** Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $15,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits from day one * A guaranteed bonus of $3,000 gross per month for the 2nd and 3rd months Starting from the 4th month: * Food vouchers amounting to 5% * Individual productivity bonus of up to $3,000 gross per month * Group productivity and KPI-compliance bonus of up to $2,000 **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school diploma or mechanical engineering degree * 2–3 years of experience operating forging and rolling machinery, or experience handling dies and sheet metal fabrication * Forklift operation skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints * Proficiency in using measuring instruments If you meet this profile, apply through this channel.
