Job Summary: Attends to customer needs, manages quotations, conducts prospecting and follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and sales closure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized customer service to ensure satisfaction. 2. Quotation follow-up to close sales. 3. Customer prospecting, quotation preparation, calls, and follow-up. Requirements: * Completed high school education * \+1 year of experience in similar positions * Proficiency in Excel * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Responsibilities: * Attend to customer needs by providing personalized service and ensuring their satisfaction. * Conduct appropriate follow-up on quotations sent to customers to ensure sales closure. * Execute daily activity cycles, including prospecting, quotation preparation, calls, and customer follow-up. * Maintain work areas organized and clean in accordance with company policies. We Offer: * Working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. * Monthly salary of $10,000 * Statutory benefits * Sales commissions of up to $5,000\. * Bonus for customer satisfaction surveys Work Location: Plaza Paseo Terranova (in front of Walmart Jacal).
