Close collaboration in project completion Description JOB SUMMARY Provide direct support to the Account Executive team, sales representatives, and yearbook customers, assisting with the use of the company's proprietary publishing software, delivering software support, and resolving technical inquiries. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Become trained and proficient in the company's proprietary publishing software. Collaborate closely and communicate daily with the Account Executive team to support the completion of yearbook projects. Use company software to configure, upload specific files and content, and arrange pages in preparation for the printing process. Respond to customer inquiries. Coordinate system updates as needed. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Technical degree or incomplete degree in Information Systems or related field. Two years of experience in a similar role providing technical support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google. Knowledge of graphics and multimedia software is an advantage. Experience in customer service/account management.
