Focused on planning, organization, and proactive leadership. **WE ARE SEEKING A FLEET SUPERVISOR** **\*\*Requirements:** \*Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in: Logistics, Industrial Engineering **\*Experience**: Minimum 1 year in: Fleet or field team coordination, Route logistics, Customer service operations, Administrative and operational follow-up. **\*Technical Knowledge:** Route planning and optimization, Logistics, Management of service schedules and calendars, Vehicle control (usage, maintenance, fuel), Operational reporting (Excel / Google Sheets), Use of WhatsApp Business / CRM / GPS (desirable), Basic installation knowledge (desirable but not mandatory)\*Valid driver’s license (driver) **\*Soft Skills:** Organization and planning, Clear and firm communication, Conflict resolution, Customer service, Operational leadership, Field and office work **\*Behavioral Profile:** Proactive, Solution-oriented, Organized, Empathetic toward customers and firm with the team, Results-driven, High sense of responsibility **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., including 1-hour lunch break Base salary, weekly payment, Statutory benefits: vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, INFONAVIT, IMSS Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $12,800\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
