Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations, inspect and repair lighting fixtures, and supervise common areas. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Supervision and reporting of conditions in common areas. 3. Tool control and activity logging. Work Location: Downtown Mérida Requirements: - Completed secondary education - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience - Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. IMPORTANT! - Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. - Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. - Assist in maintaining air conditioning and ventilation equipment. - Supervise the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. - Conduct routine inspections to detect failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. - Report damages or anomalies to the Maintenance Supervisor or Administration. - Control the use of assigned tools and materials. - Log activities in maintenance logs. - Perform drywall work.
