REQUIREMENTS: *Education: Accounting or related field. *Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. *Knowledge of payroll calculation, bank reconciliations, IMSS transactions, ISR tax payments, and electronic invoicing (4.0). *Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government portals SUA, IDSE, and Infonavit website. *Experience with accounting software, electronic banking, and Microsoft Office. *Excellent writing and spelling skills. *Responsible, organized, and enjoy social interactions (direct contact with staff). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: *Payroll calculation using accounting software. *Employee attendance and leave records. *Receiving and reviewing purchase invoices against delivery evidence for payment processing. *Entering accounts payable into systems. *Customer invoicing: thorough understanding of tax regulations (4.0). *Administrative management of human resources. *Recording customer payments in the accounting system. *Physical inventory control. *Reviewing and recording employee travel allowances (per diems) in accounting records. *Bank reconciliations. *Interacting with staff.
