Comprehensive resident support (in-person, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp) 2. Effective coordination and dissemination of announcements 3. Request management and pending item tracking Provide administrative support and assistance to residents, ensuring proper follow-up on their requests and coordination with various departments, as well as keeping relevant condominium information up to date. Education: Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree Experience: One year in customer service or administrative roles.
