Position: Operations Supervisor (Restaurants) We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** to lead our three branches in Mérida, Yucatán. **Main Responsibilities** - Supervise daily operations and ensure service quality. - Coordinate shifts and manage staff. - Manage sales, inventory, and costs. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. - Implement improvement initiatives and maintain the restaurant's positive image.
