




Position Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Medical Doctor with experience in occupational health and safety to conduct medical examinations, follow up on administrative procedures, manage risk control, and coordinate emergency response teams in industrial settings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts periodic and pre-employment medical examinations for staff. 2. Manages preventive Occupational Health programs and risk control. 3. Participates in accident prevention and emergency response. REQUIREMENTS • Licensed Medical Doctor. • Gender: Unrestricted. • Academic training in Safety and Hygiene (desirable). • Experience in industrial plants. KNOWLEDGE: • Occupational Safety and Health. • Legislation on Occupational Safety and Health (IMSS and STPS). • Risk and accident investigation. • Risk and accident prevention. • Federal Labor Law. • Civil Protection, General Regulation of Safety and Hygiene. • Mexican Official Standards (NOMs). • SCT regulations (desirable). • Fatigue management in transportation (desirable). ACTIVITIES: Conduct periodic medical examinations for all staff and pre-employment medical examinations. Implement preventive Occupational Health programs. Follow up on IMSS procedures regarding forms ST7, ST2, and ST9. Support accident investigations. Identify physical, chemical, or biological agents, or ergonomic or psychosocial risk factors capable of altering working environment conditions. Manage and safeguard employee medical documentation and information, ensuring confidentiality and privacy. Control occupational safety and health risks associated with each job position. Coordinate and supervise the First Aid Team. Monitor and track work-related disabilities. Conduct post-disability medical assessments for employee reintegration. Provide emergency response. Perform medical examinations for operational and administrative staff. Prepare medical diagnoses for potential Work-Related Risks. Participate in the Accident Prevention Committee. Develop and monitor the Annual Occupational Health Plan in accordance with current standards and regulations. Conduct anti-doping and breathalyzer tests. Attend visits and audits conducted by various regulatory agencies. Coordinate the nursing department.
