Opportunity for professional growth and development At **Baretto** (Mérida), we are looking for an organized and responsible evening shift chef. **What are we looking for?** Someone with technical experience who can work following procedures and orders. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Production:** Preparation of bases, sauces, and chopping (Mise en place), strictly adhering to our standard recipes. * **Service:** Plating dishes while paying maximum attention to presentation and timing. * **Digital Control:** Use of our iPad system to record daily requisitions and inventory. * **Cleaning:** Maintaining your work area immaculately. * **Vendor Receipts:** Verifying that incoming items (bread, fruit, supplies) meet our quality standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Chef (minimum 1 year). * Ability to follow recipes precisely (standardization). * Habit of cleanliness and order. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * A good working environment. * Fixed evening shift. **Are you interested?** Send us your CV or a brief description of your experience via \[WhatsApp/DM], and let’s talk.
