




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing direct customer service at the bar, maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, and creating specialty drinks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cocktail creation and seasonal promotions 2. Direct customer service and support for restaurant operations 3. Inventory management and bar area maintenance Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails according to established recipes and standards. Provide direct customer service at the bar and support restaurant service operations. Keep the bar and storage areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. Conduct inventory counts and monitor supplies and beverage stock. Verify proper storage and application of FIFO (First In, First Out). Coordinate with the warehouse regarding stock shortages and requisitions. Create specialty drinks and seasonal promotions. Comply with hygiene standards, Distintivo H, and MHA requirements. Report equipment malfunctions or facility anomalies. Support suggestive selling and provide information about beverages and promotions. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High school diploma (Bachillerato General) 2 years of experience Age: Between 20 and 40 years old Knowledge/Skills: Coordination ability, Distintivo H certification, inventory management, organizational skills, FIFO, cocktail creation, beverage preparation
