Requirements * Required academic level: Bachelor’s degree * Academic status: Diploma or certificate * Required field of study (related fields): Administration * Experience: 6 months – 1 year as Administrative Assistant * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Electronic Invoicing (CFDI) + Basic knowledge of systems reporting fuel inflows and outflows to SAT. + Cash Management + Ability to reconcile system records with physical tank levels. * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Customer orientation + Proactivity + Adaptability to change + Autonomy + Stress tolerance * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 09:00 – 17:00 Functions and Activities * Process supplier payments and manage minor station expenses (cleaning, stationery). * Monitor inventory levels in storage tanks to prevent stockouts. * Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management or the central accounting department. * Generate electronic invoices upon customer request and issue the daily consolidated invoice. * Record fuel purchase invoices and other products (oils, additives) in the accounting system. * Reconcile shift closures of dispatchers to ensure delivered cash matches pump readings.
