Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Chef for an entertainment company, responsible for kitchen management, inventory control, and staff supervision, with in-depth knowledge of order and cleanliness. An entertainment-focused company is looking for your talent as: OPERATIONAL CHEF Your main responsibilities will be: * Receiving supplies for kitchen entry * Managing recipe books in AYB * Inventory control, first-in-first-out (FIFO) * Product labeling, expiration dates * Control and supervision of operational kitchen staff * Kitchen scheduling * Direct responsibility for buffet, events, and anniversaries in food service * In-depth knowledge of order and cleanliness management We are looking for someone with the following experience: * Minimum 2 years in this position * Completed high school; preferably a truncated or completed Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy * Preferred H Distinction certification * Availability to rotate shifts: morning, afternoon, and night (early morning) * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off We offer: * Biweekly payment * Monthly salary of $18,000 net * Statutory benefits * Free cafeteria * Medium-term growth opportunities If you are interested and meet the experience requirements for this position, this is your opportunity . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Keywords: cook, operative, operational
