




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Chef for an entertainment company, responsible for kitchen management, inventory control, and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the receipt of supplies and recipe books at AYB. 2. Supervises operational staff and manages kitchen schedules. 3. Directly responsible for events and for maintaining order and cleanliness.
