Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Agent and Cross-Selling Agent for an on-site position with a rotating schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Bilingual Customer Service and Cross-Selling Agent \- Commissions in USD \+ Weekly Payments! **Location:** Bolívar Street 38, Historic Center, CDMX. **What You’ll Earn:** * **Base Salary:** $12,700 monthly \+ **Bonus:** $3,000 monthly. * **Commissions:** $2 USD per completed service (**No cap**). * **Weekly Payments** and Grocery/Restaurant Vouchers. **Schedules and Work Shifts:** * **Training:** Monday to Saturday (2:00 PM \- 9:00 PM). * **Operational Shifts:** 8-hour shifts between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM. * **Work Schedule:** We operate **Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off during the week**. * Benefits starting from training * $600 Grocery Vouchers * Uncapped commissions.
