Job Objective: Lead strategic technology projects in the insurance sector, including implementation of core systems, digital platforms, and solutions aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: · Integrate information from departments to develop the Business Case and define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Participate in idea generation and analysis of the most viable technological solutions. Evaluate tools and technologies for implementation, analyzing their technical and financial feasibility. Estimate resources, timelines, and costs, verifying availability and dependencies. Create detailed work plans for development, testing, and implementation. Prepare executive presentations for management and stakeholders. Design and maintain tracking dashboards to monitor progress. Oversee project execution against time, cost, quality, and scope targets. Monitor progress, report deviations, and define remediation plans. Manage risks by proposing preventive and corrective actions. Validate project delivery and formal acceptance, documenting outcomes, final costs, and lessons learned. · Requirements: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years managing IT projects in insurance companies or financial institutions. (Preferred) Experience in implementing core systems, CRM, digital platforms, and digital transformation projects. Desirable certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL. Technical knowledge: Insurance system architecture, API integrations, cybersecurity. Management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence). Languages: Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).
