Automation Operator

Job Description We are seeking a responsible Automation Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain automated machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes. This role will also provide training to staff on the proper use of equipment. Key Responsibilities * Operate and supervise automated machinery and equipment. * Diagnose and perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conduct inspections and comply with safety protocols. * Train and support team members in machine operation. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields (may be incomplete). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automation (preferably in automotive assembly). * Experience in solder paste temperature control and heat pre-pressing (desirable). * Knowledge of automated equipment operation, maintenance, and related software. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work under pressure. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge: Operation, diagnosis, and maintenance of automated machinery We Offer * Base salary of $18,000 to $24,000 MXN per month, depending on experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Weekly bonuses for punctuality ($150\), attendance ($150\), and transportation ($200\). * Grocery vouchers of $1,800 per month starting from the third month. * Profit-sharing.
