**We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for Mobil Gas Stations** Escobedo, NL area (Libramiento Noroeste, near the intersection with Carr Colombia) Requirements: Sales drive, personnel management, flexible schedule availability Required Knowledge: Personnel management, cash handling, customer service. We offer: Weekly salary of $3,000 (net) Monthly sales bonus based on performance targets Free uniforms (shirt, trousers, shoes) 6 days of advance vacation after completing 6 months Benefits: Mandatory benefits as per law Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: Completed or incomplete high school Work location: On-site employment Position type: Full-time Rotating schedule Operational duties * Opening and/or closing shifts (inspection of pumps and service area). * Supervise proper operation of fuel dispensers during the shift. * Verify functionality of pumps, payment terminals, and equipment. * Monitor fuel supply and verify tank inventory levels. * Review product inbound and outbound logs. Administrative duties * Perform cash register closings and physical cash counts. * Record sales to ensure income reconciliation. Supervisory duties * Assign tasks to shift staff (fueling, cleaning, store assistance, etc.). * Ensure staff wear complete uniforms and safety equipment. * Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries. Safety duties * Supervise compliance with station safety measures. * Respond to incidents (spills, emergencies, pump failures). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the fueling and store areas. * Report technical or safety anomalies to the manager.
