We do the right thing—today and for generations to come. **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- The "Benefits Manager" role is responsible for managing and/or collaborating with partners to develop employee benefits programs. With limited supervision, this position resolves issues related to benefits programs and other employee benefits initiatives. It also evaluates and analyzes benefits programs to ensure regulatory compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Administers and implements employee benefits programs, including facilitating enrollment, communication, and coordination with vendors. EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Provides guidance, training, and counseling on benefits selection, and resolves moderately complex issues related to company benefits programs, policies, and processes. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: Compares employee benefits programs against industry benchmarks to identify potential improvements in program implementation and ensure benefits remain competitive and attractive, aligned with the organization’s total rewards strategy. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Analyzes business and financial data, as well as information obtained from benchmarking, analysis, and research, to contribute insights toward designing and developing competitive and cost-effective employee benefits programs that align with the total rewards strategy and meet employee needs. STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Collaborates in developing and implementing the benefits program strategy through comprehensive analysis and recommending areas for improvement, ensuring the benefits strategy addresses potential issues and aligns with total compensation and overall organizational strategies. VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Advises managers, employees, and key internal partners on federal and state labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, benefits policies, personnel procedures, and classification programs. ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES: Development of benefits policies, social security planning, administration of retirement plans, accounting and database reconciliation of various benefits, provision of benefits counseling and communication to employees, coordination of work teams, and decision-making based on legal compliance, business objectives, and company policies, management of insurance under captive policies (definitions, renewals, campaigns, brokers). **Qualifications** ------------------ * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of principles and procedures related to training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, social security, tax deductibility, negotiation, and human resources information systems. * Proficient in high-level use of business intelligence tools, Excel, Remedy Force, ServiceNow, JDE, and SAP SuccessFactors. * Intermediate\-Advanced English.
