Key Responsibilities: * Manage and administer the collection portfolio, tracking outstanding payments and supervising the proper application of received payments. * Contact delinquent customers effectively and professionally, using negotiation and persuasion strategies to reach payment agreements. * Investigate and resolve payment-related disputes and issues, maintaining clear and concise communication with customers and relevant internal departments. * Maintain and update collection records accurately and promptly using our collection management system. * Regularly report portfolio progress and results to the supervisor or responsible manager. Requirements: * Experience in customer service and motorcycle handling. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
