The ideal candidate is an expert in clinical psychology with an impeccable operational mindset. This role is critical to ensuring service excellence during evening and weekend shifts, guaranteeing that every case is accurately recorded and that care derived from **NOM\-035** meets the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities.** * Auditing and Operational Excellence: Monitor and audit case records in Salesforce, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and complies with Lyra’s global guidelines. * NOM\-035 Management: Lead clinical\-operational follow-up of cases derived from Norm 035, ensuring timely intervention for Acute Stressful Events (ATS). * Shift Coordination: Manage intelligent distribution of workload during evenings and weekends, ensuring SLA compliance and service-level targets. * Feedback and Reinforcement: Identify error trends in records and provide assertive, objective feedback to consultants to support continuous process improvement. * First-Line Support: Serve as the go-to resource for the team’s operational questions and directly support call handling during demand spikes or line saturation. * Serve as a Supporting Telephone Consultant. **Work Schedule:** Wednesday to Sunday, 2 PM to 10 PM **Days Off:** Monday and Tuesday **Compensation and Benefits.** In exchange for your commitment and the required skills for this position, we offer: Gross monthly salary, fully registered with IMSS.
