




Job Summary: This role ensures the comprehensive development of talent through the implementation and execution of training, onboarding, and field HR processes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the comprehensive development of talent and training strategies. 2. Coordinates onboarding programs and follow-up of development plans. 3. Acts as a liaison between corporate HR and agencies. **TRAINING AND HUMAN TALENT MANAGER** **Job Objective** Ensure the comprehensive development of talent in agencies through the implementation, monitoring, and execution of training, onboarding, and field HR processes, guaranteeing proper adoption of operational standards, strengthening of staff skills, and contribution to business results. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver field-based training programs for employees across various brands and group agencies. * Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process, ensuring proper integration of newly hired personnel. * Manage training logistics (scheduling, materials, invitations, follow-up, and evaluation). * Conduct or coordinate product, process, and soft-skills training. * Monitor individual development plans for agency employees. * Ensure correct implementation of field HR processes (induction, organizational culture, evaluations, etc.). * Identify training needs (TNA) and propose solutions aligned with business objectives. * Provide direct support to agency leaders to strengthen talent and performance management. * Monitor and track completion of training plans by brand and position. * Generate reports and analyses on training, onboarding, and talent development progress. * Act as a liaison between corporate HR and agencies, ensuring alignment and execution. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training, organizational development, or operational HR. * Experience working in the field or with multiple business units (automotive or retail sectors preferred). * Knowledge of training, onboarding, and talent development methodologies. * Willingness to travel frequently among agencies. * Proficiency in digital tools and training platforms (LMS preferred). **Key Competencies** * Results orientation * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Influence and leadership coaching * Focus on talent development * Adaptability and fieldwork capability * Proactivity * Teamwork * Problem-solving Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
