Troubleshoot various system issues including call quality and audio problems **Job Description:** As the Telecom Tech, you will be responsible for phone system administration by supporting and implementing new routing configurations and general system maintenance for our Tijuana Shared Service Site. **Requirements:** * University/College Degree * Advanced English Level * Basic knowledge of Cisco Unified (Desirable) * Knowledge of ServiceNow or any other ticket\-handling system * 1\+ years of experience in Helpdesk or Telecom * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint **Job Responsibilities:** * Primary management of Telecom tickets * User creation, deletion, and configuration for phone system * System phone creation * Phone extension configuration * Voicemail configuration * Creating and updating call routing documents * Maintaining telecom inventory documents * Creating and maintaining call reports * Configuring users on Calabrio (call recording system) * Troubleshooting system issues, such as: * Call quality issues * Failed inbound and outbound calls * Failed user login to the phone system * Audio issues * Faxing issues **Benefits** * Private Health Insurance. * Life Insurance. * Saving Funds and Voluntary Savings Account. * Profit Sharing (PTU). * Vacation Days (above law). * Christmas bonus. * Vacation premium.
