Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor plans, coordinates, and oversees maintenance activities for production equipment, ensuring availability, reliability, and operational efficiency while leading technicians and driving continuous improvement. Drive continuous improvement and optimize maintenance processes The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for production equipment. The role ensures equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position leads maintenance technicians, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with industrial safety regulations.**What your background should look like** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field — Required Specialization in Industrial Maintenance — Preferred SAP Advanced Excel TRESS Lean / Continuous Improvement Preventive and predictive maintenance Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Mechanical and electrical blueprint interpretation TPM, RCM, 5S methodologies Personnel management Knowledge of STPS labor regulations Problem\-solving Negotiation skills Computer equipment Maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Maintenance Management Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime. Supervise execution of work orders and verify repair quality. Implement and manage the maintenance system (SAP). Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance materials. Evaluate and recommend equipment and spare part purchases. 2\. Leadership \& Supervision Lead and develop the maintenance technician team. Assign daily tasks and prioritize activities based on criticality. Train staff on technical procedures and safety standards. 3\. Continuous Improvement \& Reliability Analyze recurring failures and implement permanent corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma). Establish and track maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR). Optimize maintenance processes to reduce costs and downtime. Implement condition\-based maintenance strategies. 4\. Safety \& Compliance Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations (OSHA, NOM). Conduct risk analyses and promote a strong safety culture. Guarantee adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Maintain maintenance records for audits and certifications.
