




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead hotel maintenance operations and plan and implement strategies to ensure optimal facility conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Vendor evaluation and image standardization **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 35 years and above * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions * Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, food and beverage, quality, and hotel operations. * Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, hotel systems, Wi-Fi, internet systems, electricity, painting, masonry, plumbing, refrigeration, etc. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develops the annual maintenance plan. * Participates in the preparation of the maintenance budget. * Analyzes monthly and annual maintenance and energy-related financial statements. * Evaluates vendors selected by the hotel to provide preventive, corrective, masonry, image-related, and facility maintenance services. * Standardizes visual identity. * Leads maintenance staff, maintenance assistants, and gardeners. * Prepares maintenance performance reports. * Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance activities in guest rooms and common areas. * Addresses and follows up on requests reported by various committees. * Identifies maintenance needs and manages resources to maintain facilities in optimal condition for service delivery. * Participates in recruitment, selection, and training of personnel under supervision. * Determines and authorizes necessary procedures to maintain the hotel’s infrastructure.
