




Job Summary: Responsible for documenting, evaluating, and controlling the quality of operational services, managing resources, and ensuring system traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages documentation and quality of operational services 2. Responsible for fleet and personnel management to ensure service delivery 3. Generates weekly reports on fleet utilization and performance 1\.\- Document all operational services (loaded services, empty services, accessories) within our LIS ERP system. 2\.\- Evaluate and control the quality of services provided to various functional departments of the organization. 3\.\- Provide necessary inputs for the daily operations of assigned departments through timely coordination with department management, ensuring traceability in the organization’s existing systems. 4\.\- Make necessary adjustments to fleet allocation among departments and operators to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests. 5\.\- Review and record various supplier charges for services rendered, such as unit leasing, dry boxes, and all items relevant to the assigned branch. 6\.\- Request necessary personnel from department management to meet projected service demand while maintaining a balance between quality and profitability. 7\.\- Generate weekly reports on services delivered to customers, covering the following points: a) Fleet utilization b) Utilization of 25-foot units c) Operator rotation per unit d) Overtime hours generated e) Incentives generated (all expenses incurred during a trip) f) Service incidents (delays, accidents, breakdowns, denied services, etc.) Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
