Ensure high-tier visual appeal and brand consistency Digital marketing agency "Bullseyesellers" is seeking a high\-caliber **Design Team Lead** to spearhead our creative production engine.This position is unique: you’ll be managing a high\-volume production pipeline where assets are **AI\-generated**, requiring a sharp eye for quality control and brand precision. The team averages a weekly output of **200–600 static images** and **20 videos** for PPC and email campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor junior designers, managing their daily workflows and ensuring output meets efficiency standards. * **AI Video Production:** Create and edit AI\-generated video content for Meta ads based on creative briefs. * **Quality Assurance:** Act as the final gatekeeper for all visual assets, ensuring technical accuracy (dimensions, legibility) and high\-tier visual appeal. * **Brand Stewardship:** Maintain absolute brand consistency across multiple brands, overseeing color schemes, typography, and identity. * **Project Management:** Coordinate the end\-to\-end approval process with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of assets to the PPC and marketing teams. **What We’re Looking For** * A seasoned designer with experience managing direct reports. * The ability to thrive in a high\-volume, fast\-paced environment. * Strong collaborative skills to work alongside PPC teams and brand contacts. * Exceptional organizational skills for managing centralized filing systems and complex campaign calendars.
