Paid training. **PEN HEALTH is seeking a CC Insurance Advisor in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position requested: Senior Insurance Advisor for CC Requirements: High school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor’s degree in health, social sciences, or related fields. Experience in health, social, or administrative areas. 1 year of customer service experience with insurance companies. Responsibilities: Telephone and email contact with patients to provide personalized assistance in managing medical expense insurance policy procedures. Identification and generation of pharmacovigilance reports: adverse events and product quality complaints. Documentation of information in the CRM system. Preparation of weekly reports. Resolution of questions regarding coverage, deductibles, co-insurance, and insured amounts, as well as policy validity and status. Guidance on the claims process and required documents for reimbursement. Explanation of how the policy works (hospital network, fee schedules, exclusions, etc.).
