Primarily responsible for network technology installation and technical support, equipment and software configuration to meet business needs, and training others on the solution. **Additional Benefits:** * Uniforms * Computing equipment (Laptop) * Company-provided telephone equipment Employment Type, Category, and Subcategory Shift: Full-time Qualifications and Skills Education Level: University degree Experience: Minimum 3 years Requires experience in technical services and support fields, as well as network administration (DHCP, DNS, Routers, Firewall, etc.). **Skills:** * Troubleshoot network and voice communication protocol issues * Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting tools * In-depth knowledge of IP telephony (VoIP), TCP/IP networks, and related protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP, ISUP, TLS, STUN, TURN, WebRTC) * Experience with Linux, open-source tools, shell scripting, VLAN configuration, VPNs, routers, UNIX/Linux servers, telephony, and switches * Experience with open-source VoIP applications such as Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, and open-source tools such as Wireshark * Create and resolve support tickets * Proficiency in technical terminology * Database knowledge * VoIP security knowledge * CDR management and analysis * Real-time call traffic monitoring * Traffic analysis and anomaly detection **Soft Skills** * Technical documentation and development of operational manuals * Ability to make decisions in critical situations * Time management and task prioritization * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Sick leave * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided telephone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
