Job Summary: We are seeking a Truck Assistant for product sales and distribution, responsible for fieldwork and the assigned route, with experience in sales and vehicle operation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for sales and distribution along the assigned route 2. Customer service and prospecting of new customers 3. Vehicle operation and cargo loading/unloading We are recruiting personnel for the position of **Truck Assistant** in Tapachula, Chiapas. **Objective:** To carry out product sales and distribution to customers; responsible for fieldwork and the assigned route. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education (with official transcript) * Valid driver's license * Ability to operate vehicles weighing 5 to 10 tons * Proven experience in retail sales * Responsible handling of cash * Physical fitness **Job Responsibilities:** * Complete the assigned route to finalize sales * Prospect new customers * Serve and provide excellent service to existing customers * Load and unload the delivery vehicle * Drive and be responsible for the delivery vehicle, including maintenance and operation **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** **Monthly Salary: $9,481.00 to $13,932.00 net** **Additionally, you will receive:** * Commissions based on sales performance * Statutory benefits * IMSS * Infonavit * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Profit-sharing (Utilidad) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM** Location (City): **Tapachula, Chiapas** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,500.00 – $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
