




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for industrial boiler and pressure vessel maintenance, performing blowdowns, tests, sampling, and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Reporting of anomalies to the supervisor **BACKGROUND** We are a corporate group dedicated to industrial maintenance with 26 years of experience; our headquarters is located in the State of Mexico. The services we provide as a company include preventive and corrective maintenance for boilers and other pressure vessels. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Mechanical, electrical, or related technician * Completed high school education preferred * Degree in an industrial-related field * Responsible, reliable, proactive, and punctual **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Blowdown of control instruments * Blowdown of level indicators * Bottom blowdown, as indicated by water analysis * Functional tests (flame failure test, low-water-level test, equipment audible alarm inspection, shutdown due to cut-off pressure) * Water sampling from inside the boiler and from the water softener * Regeneration of the water softener (if required) * Flue gas sampling using the analyzer * Inspection of chemical dosing pump * Supplying chemicals to boilers * Filling logbooks (recording temperature and pressure) * Cleaning of the boiler room and associated equipment * Verification of absence of gas or air leaks at cover joints and rear sight glass * Boiler filter washing * Inspection of motor and pump couplings * Backwashing of sand and activated carbon tanks (where applicable) * Inspection of lubrication for moving parts * Verification of safety valve opening and closing * Reporting any anomalies occurring during the shift to the supervisor **OUR WEBSITE** cissa.mx Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000.00 - $21,555.00 per month Work Location: On-site
