Coordination of interdepartmental maintenance ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms and hotel areas. * Ensure proper pH, chlorine, and water hardness levels. * Measure pH and chlorine parameters in the swimming pool. * Daily verification that equipment operates correctly and safely. * Coordinate with various departments to take equipment offline for maintenance when necessary. * Ensure emergency power generators function properly. * Balance lighting and power circuits according to blueprints and load charts. * Respond to urgent service reports. * Perform daily swimming pool cleaning. ***MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS.*** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role at chain hotels.
