Position Summary: Café Brújula is seeking a committed Branch Coordinator to oversee operations, ensure service standards and customer culture, and coordinate teams across its branches. Direct participation in creative and innovation projects Café Brújula, a reference in specialty coffee in Oaxaca, is looking for committed, responsible, and service-passionate individuals to join our team as **Branch Coordinator** **Work Location:** González Ortega, No. 508\-B, Col. La Noria, Oaxaca de Juárez, as well as all Café Brújula branches Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts Days Off: Weekdays **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily branch operations * Conduct operational walkthroughs and audits (service, cleanliness, product) * Ensure each branch is fully staffed, functional, and aligned with service standards * Coordinate and follow up with managers and supervisors * Analyze key performance indicators (sales, foot traffic, average ticket) * Identify and resolve operational and personnel incidents * Supervise inventory, cash counts, and supply control * Generate weekly operational reports * Promote service culture and customer experience * Train and mentor branch leaders **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or International Business * Age 25–40 years * Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, or food and beverage * Personnel management and team supervision experience * Inventory control and operational auditing experience * Product development and launch experience * Proficiency with digital tools (Meta, Canva, Adobe, or others) * Experience with Shopify, Odoo, etc. * Strong organizational, planning, and project tracking capabilities * High creativity with a results-oriented mindset * Enthusiasm for public interaction * Excellent communication and teamwork skills **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits: * IMSS * Vacation days * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Direct participation in creative and innovation projects Apply through this channel or send your CV to 951 171 6070 If you value respect, kindness, and teamwork; if you enjoy delivering warm, responsible service; and if you seek a workplace where your work is meaningful and contributes to an authentic experience, this opportunity may be for you.
