Job Summary: Responsible operation of a process station to manufacture customer products, meeting safety, production, and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate the process station responsibly. 2. Comply with safety regulations and work schedules. 3. Perform standardized operating and inspection procedures. We serve the three primary markets: passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and off-highway equipment. Through Dana, we provide international original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket parts segment with local service support and products they require via a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution centers. **Purpose of the Job** ------------------------- Responsible operation of the assigned process station to meet requirements for manufacturing our customers’ products, achieving safety, production, and performance objectives, and continuously improving operational effectiveness and job functions. **Job Responsibilities and Duties** ------------------------------------------- Comply with established safety guidelines and regulations applicable to your work area and specific measures within your operation. Consistently adhere to work schedules (e.g., clock-in times, meal breaks, restroom breaks, team assignments, clock-out times, etc.) and maintain consistent operational discipline. Perform daily the procedures described in your operation and inspection sheet. The operator must comply with Standardized Work Instructions, execute their control plan, and complete required documentation and records per established procedures in the operation where they are assigned.
