We serve the three major markets: passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and off-highway equipment. Through Dana, we provide international original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket segment with local service support and products they need via a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution centers. **Purpose of the Job** ------------------------- Responsibly operate the assigned process station to meet our customers’ product manufacturing requirements, fulfilling safety, production, and performance objectives, while continuously seeking improvement in operations and job functions. **Job Responsibilities and Duties** ------------------------------------------- Comply with established safety guidelines and standards applicable to your work area, as well as specific safety measures within your operation. Consistently adhere to work schedules (e.g., arrival times, meal breaks, restroom breaks, team assignments, departure times, etc.) and maintain continuous operational discipline. Perform daily procedures outlined in your operation and inspection sheet. The operator must comply with Standardized Work Instructions, execute their control plan, and complete required documentation and records per established procedures for the operation where they perform their work.
