




Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related professional to control and monitor machinery maintenance, manage documentation, and handle reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance control and monitoring of machinery. 2. Preparation of maintenance and equipment operation reports. 3. Document management of machinery contracts and working hours tracking. CIVIL ENGINEERING AND/OR ARCHITECTURE, OR RELATED FIELD BOTH GENDERS Knowledge and experience in machinery handling and control, as well as administrative skills enabling efficient performance of the following tasks: Monitor and track preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. Record daily hour-meter readings for owned and rented machinery to control operations and maintenance. Prepare periodic maintenance and equipment operation reports. Maintain document control for machinery- and equipment-related contracts. Submit machinery and spare parts requisitions, and, where applicable, manage contract amendments. Possess knowledge of machinery reconciliation for controlling and validating working hours. Compile, archive, and safeguard departmental documentation, including machinery arrival and departure checklists, daily reports, and other administrative documents. Additionally, the candidate must meet the following requirements: Ability to drive a standard pickup truck and possess a valid driver’s license. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for information control and tracking.
