Main Responsibilities * Handle assigned service reports in a timely and accurate manner. * Report on services entering shipment control. * Make timely and accurate calls to customers regarding shipments entered into shipment control. * Generate minutes for shipments requiring them. * Daily physical reconciliation of local route delivery and return manifests.
